A profile rail system combines a rail and one or more linear bearings, often referred to as a carriage. The configuration of raceways and recirculating ball track systems (full complement or caged guided) results in a guidance system with low co efficient of friction combined with high load and rigidity. There are a number of various designs offering differing load characteristics to accommodate your application.

The load characteristics combined with a large range of carriage (bearing runners) dimensions and mounting designs means we can accommodate almost every applications requirements.

Be aware the profile rails and bearings are non-interchangeable between different manufacturers whilst dimensionally we can provide equivalent sizing unless it is the same brand it will mean replacing both rails and the bearings. This is due to design variances of the geometry of the rails and matching bearings between manufacturers.
